Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.

1. Services

Auto Glow Studio provides mobile automotive detailing services at customer locations. Service scope depends on the package selected and vehicle condition.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.
  • We require accurate vehicle condition disclosure.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon inspection.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are starting estimates and may increase based on:

  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazards
  • Payment is due immediately after service completion.
  • Accepted payments: cash, debit, credit, e-transfer.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    Minimum 24 hours notice required for cancellation.

    No-shows may be charged up to 50% of service cost.

5. Access Requirements

Customer must provide:

Safe working space
Access to water and/or electricity

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

6. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, wear)
Loose or damaged trim

Some stains, odors, or damages may be permanent and not fully removable.

7. Weather Policy

Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to:

Rain
Extreme cold or heat

We will coordinate a new time with you.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
  • We will offer a reasonable re-service if applicable.

9. Liability

We are insured; however:

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not responsible for:

Personal belongings left in the vehicle
Mechanical or electrical failures

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

Conditions are unsafe
Vehicle condition poses health risks
Customer behavior is inappropriate

11. Photography & Marketing

  • We may take before/after photos for marketing.
  • License plates and personal info will not be shown.

12. Agreement

By booking with Auto Glow Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
